On-call support from 37 weeks, email, call, and text support even beyond birth, comprehensive childbirth class, birth attendance, 3 hours of postpartum care, 4 postpartum visits, 6 weeks of text/call postpartum support, and inclusive TENS machine. Along with many resources in the area for your health needs.

Just The Birth
On-call support from 37 weeks onwards with the convenience of email, text, and call support. Benefit from our presence during your birth and receive 1 prenatal visit, dedicated postpartum care for 2 hours immediately after birth and 1 postpartum visit. Great for non-first time parents.

Postpartum Support
Flexible postpartum care options: overnight (7pm - 7am) or daytime (7am - 7pm). Our dedicated professional provides personalized support for you and your baby, ensuring the highest level of care. Embrace parenthood confidently in a serene environment.

4th Trimester Series
Discover our 4th Trimester Series, a comprehensive program consisting of four sessions (1.5 hours each) available online or in-person. Receive expert guidance from skilled specialists such as a lactation consultant, infant sleep consultant, perinatal social worker, chiropractor/physiotherapist, and postpartum doula, all in one inclusive package.

Childbirth Classes
In our childbirth classes, we cover your personal history, medical background, preferences, expectations, fears, pain coping techniques, and birth positions tailored to your needs. Join us for a comprehensive and empowering childbirth education experience.
